StorybookLM is a digital platform that enables users to create personalized children's storybooks using advanced language and image generation technologies. The Service allows users to:

• Create custom illustrations
• Save and download personalized storybooks
• Manage user accounts

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Age Restrictions

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Content is intended for children under parental/guardian supervision
• Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring child interactions with generated content

3.2 Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• One account per individual is permitted
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

4. User Content and Responsibilities

4.1 Content Generation Guidelines

• Users must not generate content that:
  • Is explicitly harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children
  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, explicit violence, or discriminatory material
  • Includes personal information of real individuals without consent
  • Promotes illegal activities

4.2 Intellectual Property

• Generated stories and illustrations are licensed to the user for personal, non-commercial use
• StorybookLM retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated content for service improvement

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing and Billing

• Subscription plans and pricing are subject to change
• Billing is conducted through secure, third-party payment processors
• Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods

5.2 Subscription Management

• Users can cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy
• Unused credits or generations do not carry over to subsequent billing periods

6. Content Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Content Generation

• StorybookLM uses AI technologies that may occasionally produce unexpected results
• The Service does not guarantee perfect or error-free content
• Users acknowledge that generated content is machine-produced and may require human review
• While StorybookLM strives to draft generated content promptly, publishing finalized materials may take longer during periods of high demand. We do not guarantee completion within any specific timeframe, despite any representations made elsewhere on our website.

6.2 Technological Limitations

• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades
• StorybookLM is not liable for lost generations or incomplete content creation

7. Data Privacy and Security

• User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Users consent to data processing necessary for Service functionality
• Personal information is protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the Service
• Interfering with Service operations
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent technological limitations
• Sharing account credentials
• Engaging in fraudulent activities

9. Termination of Service

10. Limitation of Liability

• StorybookLM provides the Service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for Service in the preceding 12 months

10.2 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold StorybookLM harmless from any claims arising from:

• Misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario, to be conducted in Toronto, Ontario. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings shall be kept confidential. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
